By placing an order with us, you've confirmed that you have read and agreed to the following terms.

- For all inquiries, please contact us by email only.
- Due to high message volume on social media, DMs may be missed.
- We respond to all emails within 24 hours.
đźšš Shipping & Delivery
Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed.
- If you contact us before your order is shipped and have a valid reason, we may review and approve a cancellation or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Address
- Once your order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
- Please double-check your address at checkout and email us immediately if you notice an error.
- Ensure your address is accurate, complete, and searchable on Google Maps.
- Apartment addresses must include unit/room and floor number.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the courier cannot access the property:
- You will need to contact the local courier directly.
- We’re happy to assist where possible, but delivery issues are outside our control.
If a parcel is returned to the logistics warehouse due to an address issue:
- We can help arrange a reshipment (within the same city only).
- Any reshipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address Verification Before Shipping
- All addresses are reviewed before dispatch.
- If we find missing or incorrect information, we’ll email you for confirmation.
- If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Lost Parcels
- We actively monitor shipments.
- If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
Delivered but Not Received
- If tracking shows “delivered” and the courier provides proof of delivery, but you did not receive the parcel, we recommend filing a police report.
- We will fully cooperate with any investigation.
📝 Order Notes
- You may leave preferences or requests in the order notes at checkout.
- We’ll do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee all notes can be fulfilled.
- If you forgot to leave a note or are unsure it saved, please email us before your order ships.

- After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- Please review all information carefully.
- If there’s an error, email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Once shipped, we cannot change the address, notes, or contact details.
Issues caused by incorrect address details, missing notes, or wrong product selection are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you don’t see your confirmation email:
- Check your spam folder first.
- If needed, contact us by email to confirm your order.
📦 One Box per Order
- Each order is packed into one box by default.
- If you ordered multiple scoops and want them packed separately, please clearly note this at checkout.
